How long has Tarin, Coon & Lucco been in business?

Tarin, Coon & Lucco is one of the most respected firms in the Houston area. Founded in 1954, the firm is approaching fifty years of practice. Originally established as E.I. Tarin & Company, later becoming Tarin & Coon, Inc., the company underwent it’s most recent change in 2003, when it came under new management and became Tarin, Coon & Lucco. Growing with Houston enables us to expand our service areas and better meet the needs of our customers.

What does an appraiser do?

The fundamental role of an appraiser is to provide a professional opinion of market value to be used in making real estate decisions. Typically, appraisers are employed by lenders to estimate the value of real estate involved in a loan transaction. Appraisers also provide opinions in litigation cases, tax matters and investment decisions.
